Nyasha Tunduwani, Owner and Founder
A member of the Seattle community for over 15 years, Nyasha brings extensive experience maintaining networks, websites, and databases for international companies such as Virgin Airlines, Europe Express, and Air France Vacations. His vision is to effect change in the world by supporting the technology needs of local businesses, organizations, and communities.
Remote and On-site Support Technicians
Siyana’s technicians are available via phone during business hours and can be on-site within 4-hours. Evening, weekend and holiday emergency support is also available. New clients are assigned two technicians – this ensures that any particulars of your systems are known and no extra time is spent “getting up to speed”! Confidentiality is key – our staff is under an agreement that protects your data and your business.
Consultants
Siyana’s network of experienced resources can assist with strategic planning, project planning, and other technology initiatives such as product selection, vendor selection, and capacity planning. As with any in-house IT Department, Siyana helps you manage the business impacts of technology such as changes to business processes, procedures, or training.
